Our efforts push all of our program participants to experience exponential growth in their interpersonal skills: team building and collaboration, communication, leadership, and professionalism.  These skills allow our artists to flourish.

We work to encourage and empower members of our community to explore film as a career path, teach program participants to refine their artistry, and help our participants network with industry professionals.

We believe that a participant could experience all of our programs in their journey as an artist.  Then, with successful careers, they give back through mentorship or teaching masterclasses to new program participants in the future,
creating a cycle of change our industry desperately needs.
